Client Success Manager, North America

Verve is building a global network of advocates that brands can leverage to sell their products and services. We have established a beachhead in live entertainment working with some of the biggest music events in the world. We want to continue to dominate this market, while beginning to explore others.
Take on an exciting role of owning the relationships and end-to-end execution of our most important clients in North America.
What you’ll do in 12 months:
- Build and maintain new and ongoing relationships with up to 50 of our largest clients in North America to ensure client satisfaction, retention and year on year account growth
- Manage client campaigns from beginning to end with a focus on onboarding, proactive outreach, reporting, sales strategy, advocate recruitment, marketing strategy and ticket dispatch
- Become a product expert by understanding our product inside out and working closely with our product team to help develop feature ideas that will ensure we serve our clients better
