French & Spanish Speaking Client Success Manager
We’re looking for a French & Spanish speaking Client Success Manager to ensure our biggest clients in France and Spain love us!
Join our dedicated Client Success team and build amazing relationships with some of the biggest festivals and events in France and Spain. We’re looking for you to join our team and ensure our most valuable clients are happy! We enjoy working with some of the biggest live events in the world and want you to help us take it all to the next level!
You'll have plenty of opportunities to travel to France and Spain to visit our key clients and work with our Sales Directors.
In the next 12 month you will...
- Build and maintain amazing relationships with up to 50 clients at any one time measured by client retention and NPS
- Grow the value of your accounts by 100% year on year by proactively checking in and consulting on additional marketing strategies to maximise their sales
- Onboard and launch your clients in line with best practice. This includes ensuring onboarding takes less than 3 weeks and that clients announce their campaigns via email, social and on their website
- Become the voice of the client, communicating cross functionally to help inform product, sales, marketing and community teams and therefore, integrating client feedback into everything we do
