B2C Marketing Director

We’re looking for a Marketing Director to define a new standard across millennial focused travel, live music, event and festival experiences. You’ll have your finger on the pulse of pop and digital culture, and have the experience to translate emotive and aspirational experiences to a young, hyper-aware and socially focused audience.

This is the chance to be a senior figure in a new central Marketing and Content Function within Verve; a fast-growth, well funded global start-up. As Marketing Director you will head up consumer marketing strategy and execution in the US market, working closely with the in house Creative Director to ensure high quality content engages a growing user base.


This isn’t a traditional marketing role or a traditional marketplace. The platform is powered by ambassador programmes, enabling users to discover amazing travel and entertainment experiences and organise their friends to go. In your first 12 months you will be helping attract Members to the marketplace, providing them with the right content to promote the experiences available to their friends. More specifically, you will:


Verve is a software company building a global network of ambassadors to sell products and services they love to their friends in exchange for unique experiences and rewards. Within Verve a new B2C brand Pollen is being incubated, which is a marketplace where members can discover and promote the experiences of their choice with their friends. Verve have established a beachhead in live entertainment working with some of the biggest music events in the world. We want to continue to dominate this market, begin to explore others and quickly expand our marketplace.
