Social Media Recruitment Specialist
Are you a wizz on social media at the start of your career looking for a job working with some of the biggest music festivals, events, travel companies and sports teams in North America?
We’re in search of a social media recruiter to join the Pollen member recruitment team and help grow the Pollen membership base to 20,000 members. You’ll be responsible using social media and your personal networks to recruit Pollen ambassadors within our launch cities and will help with the execution of ambassador and member events each month. As one of our first social media recruitment specialists you’ll be pivotal in the creation of our North American member recruitment strategy.
What you’ll achieve in 12 months
- Oversee the successful sourcing and management of Pollen ambassadors within your assigned city making sure each ambassador is successful in recruiting 15 engaged Pollen members each month
- Develop new strategies for sourcing Pollen ambassadors using personal networks and social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook. You’ll ensure that each ambassador has large social networks, is highly credible and is passionate about Pollen
- Play a pivotal role in ambassador and member meet ups throughout the year helping to increase the success and engagement of Pollen ambassadors and members
- Feedback on the success of different recruitment initiatives to the wider Pollen team helping to develop a playbook for ambassador recruitment that we can scale through North America
