Sport Community Lead, North America
Take on the critical role of launching our sport ambassador programs! We will be working with some of the biggest major league sports franchises in the United States & we want you to ensure the experience our ambassadors and customers have is an incredible one. Improving ambassador sales, engagement and retention will be at the heart of everything that you do.
What will you achieve within the first 3 months?
- Support the sporting squad in executing the go-to-market strategy for the sporting community experience in the United States in advance of our launch
- Ensure our first clients are deemed a success from a community standpoint, meaning you are personally ensuring ambassador are selling consistently, we have a high average sales per ambassador, and ambassadors love Verve
- Help hire, train, and provide support to the founding community team for sports, assessing staffing requirements after launch
What will you achieve within the first 12 months?
- Develop and manage the relationships with our sporting ambassadors through proactive and 1:1 communications, aimed at increasing ambassador activation, engagement and retention
- Identify pain points and implement new systems and processes with the aim of making the sport community experience more effective and efficient
- Become the voice of sport ambassador and customers throughout the company by creating meaningful feedback loops and building brilliant cross functional relationships
- Work with our internal support & CRM teams to define the sport best practices - including canned responses, FAQ and automated campaigns - striving to solve each type of customer’s question before they ask it, and better yet delight at moments when they least expect it
