Own the delivery of a best in class CRM strategy, alongside the implementation of a new platform for a product line.
You’ll be responsible for executing our CRM strategy. By developing engaging, impactful and personalised communicated you’ll be pivotal in driving increased conversion, engagement, retention and loyalty to help Verve meet their commercial objectives.
What will you achieve in the next 12 months?
- You will work with the CRM Manager and copywriter to implement a roadmap of automated multi-channel communications (email, sms and push) to customers across multiple product lines.
- You will increase learnings by experimenting on ways communications can increase customer lifetime value.
- You will work within the marketing automation tool to draft, edit and press send on ad hoc communications in US territory.
- You will develop a deep understanding of the lifecycle of a user; their pain points, motivations and identify opportunities for segmented, personalised and engaging communications to make them more successful, rewarded and keep returning.
