Own the execution of our calendar of multi-channel, personalised communications as well as support on the implementation of automated lifecycle campaigns.

You’ll be responsible for executing our CRM strategy. By developing engaging, impactful and personalised communications you’ll be pivotal in driving increased conversion, engagement, retention and loyalty to help Verve meet their commercial objectives.

What will you achieve in the next 12 months?

  • You will work within the marketing automation tool to draft, edit and press send on ad hoc communications in the EMEA territory. These include time sensitive campaign related news and programme specific updates (offers, price changes) that are drafted in collaboration with the Community team to ensure customers stay up to date at all times. You will maintain high quality standards for these communications by ensuring correct segmentation, template design compatibility and impeccable attention to detail across a high volume of tasks.
  • You will support the CRM team to implement a roadmap of automated multi-channel communications (email, sms and push) to customers across multiple product lines. Automations will be delivered on time and in line with the requirements, set up in the most efficient way possible to keep maintenance to a minimum and enable future re-use across projects.
  • You will increase learnings by experimenting on ways communications can increase customer lifetime value. A/B testing content and timing variations, analysing results and refining experiments will be part of your day-to-day activities.
  • Work closely with various teams within the company - especially Community - you’ll actively seek the information and knowledge needed to support the CRM team in continuously improving customer communications.
